We are hiring…

It’s time to grow our team. We’re looking for new colleagues ready to dive in and make things happen — quickly, accurately, and with passion.

Our Work

We operate globally, advising organisations at the forefront of commercial and social change. We coach governments on their innovation strategies, help corporates create genuine impact, drive transformational change on a societal level, and support SME growth in emerging markets by developing strategic partnerships. We aren’t interested in posturing; we’re focused on delivering meaningful work with tangible results.

Our Culture

While we have a ‘start-up’ ethos, our experience is far from it. We leverage extensive global networks and typically engage with C-suite executives and senior management teams, using bespoke methodologies to create transformative change. Only optimistic doers should apply. We work with senior, best-in-class partners who come together to deliver profound and positive impact.Job titles aren’t important to us, nor your previous employers, nor even the extent of your experience. We value different, challenging thinkers with deep curiosity, analytical rigour, and a can-do attitude. An Oxford first doesn’t impress us as much as attitude and intellect. You’ll support the team in delivering analytical, strategic, and creative work of the highest quality and impact. Some tasks may be routine, but you’ll also be part of a team supporting and driving new thinking and delivering real, tangible results across innovation strategy, research methodologies, creative concepts, and public and government affairs. You’ll learn how to commercialise smart ideas to make a real difference. Whether you’re familiar with these areas or not, we welcome quick learners with open minds.

Your Experience

We value unconventional backgrounds and experiences. We don’t have a set profile in mind. If you’ve run your own business or experienced failure, we’d love to hear your story. Show us that you can make things happen, have bright ideas, and think commercially, socially, and strategically, and you’ll fit right in. Communicate openly and without fear. We value life experience and cultural contributions over 'culture fit.' With the right attitude, you’ll thrive, but be prepared for a fast-paced environment with evolving demands. Self-starters and those who take ownership of their work will excel. We are thorough and methodical, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

Roles

We are actively recruiting for few roles and have a rolling application process for more senior talent.

  • We’re looking for an operations leader—a systems thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and understands how to drive impactful change. As Chief of Staff, you’ll play a critical role in our mission, streamlining operations, steering strategy, and enabling us to tackle complex challenges with focus and agility.

In this role, you’ll work alongside leadership, navigating the intersection of big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our systems, processes, and priorities, creating structures that empower our team to scale our impact. From guiding project alignment to fostering an environment of continuous improvement, you’ll bring clarity and purpose to our operations.

If you’re energised by the opportunity to create internal systems that drive external results, to champion bold ideas, and to support a high-performing team on a mission to change systems for good, we’d love to hear from you.

  • We believe that real, lasting change happens when the right minds come together. We’re always looking for partners—individuals, organisations, and thought leaders—to co-create impactful solutions with us.

If you’re an independent contractor ready to apply your expertise to systemic challenges, or an organisation with shared values, let’s explore how we can amplify our work together. You might also be a connector who sees the bigger picture and can direct us to new partnerships and sectors. Or, as a thought partner passionate about continuous learning, you may bring ideas that stretch our thinking and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

  • We’re offering paid internships for individuals ready to contribute fresh perspectives, support impactful projects, and grow in a fast-paced environment dedicated to real-world change.

As an intern, you’ll be part of a dynamic team, working closely with leaders and collaborators on critical projects that span strategy, analysis, and creative problem-solving. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learning what it takes to drive systemic change while developing skills in project execution, research, and stakeholder engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to juggle multiple, highly complex issues, often simultaneously.

  • Comfortable diving into challenges and working independently when needed.

  • Agile, adaptable, and proactive—quiet days are rare, and things change fast.

  • Self-starters with a focus on getting things done with minimal fuss. Work fast and smart.

  • Thrive in entrepreneurial collaborative team projects. Service-oriented and ethical.

  • Desirable - extra points for familiarity with ideas and practices of system change; or are an entrepreneur in residence; or have convened multi stakeholder alliances (especially in Africa); or applied innovation and research towards government-related initiatives.
